Since all products are delivered digitally and accessible immediately, traditional “returns” do not apply. Instead, refunds are granted only in cases where the product cannot be used as described.

  • Technical Issues: The file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened.
  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally bought the same product more than once.
  • Wrong Product Delivery: You received a product different from what you ordered.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • The product does not meet subjective expectations (e.g., design style or layout preference) but matches the description provided.
  • You purchased without checking software compatibility (e.g., using dbt, Airflow, React, or Tailwind).
  • You downloaded and used the product, then requested a refund without valid technical issues.

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and a clear explanation of the issue.
  3. Our support team will review the request within 3–5 business days.
  4. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
